The value of a break can never be underestimated!
A holiday away from work and life is a great way to recharge, but even a five minute break from the computer can have benefits. If you find that you are trying to write something, but the words just won’t flow, get up and walk away. When you come back to the problem you will notice you are able to look at it from a different perspective, and that one amazing word you have been trying to think of is suddenly in the forefront of your mind.
Don’t keep hammering at a problem expecting an answer to present itself under stress and frustration. Take a break and start afresh.
